Just a short drive from Henley Brae is the stunning pocket of the Southern Highlands, Greenstead Valley, Joadja.
We collaborated with Concrete Playground to develop a competition to get the word out about our new Tiny Home in Joadja, Sugarloaf. Anyone keen for a short off grid escape went into the running to win a two-night stay for up to six people at Sugarloaf, plus a hamper on arrival featuring delicious, locally sourced produce including wine and cheese.
We asked the question, “What would it mean to win an off-grid escape to Sugarloaf?” When the competition closed, we had received 364 entries.
The eventual winner, Karen and her friends booked into Sugarloaf towards the end of summer and gave a glowing review.
She wrote, “Our stay at Sugarloaf was amazing and the hamper was a wonderful addition. Thank you so much for putting in the extra effort, we really appreciated it and being able to try a few items from Joadja.
“Sugarloaf was the perfect stay for us to reconnect with friends off-the-grid. The place was easy to find, and when we walked inside, we were surprised with how much was able to fit in such a small space. Cooking dinner over the fire pit was a must, and we were pleased the firewood was kept dry under the house. We were lucky it was a clear night because the stars there were beautiful. In the early morning we woke up to a gorgeous sunrise surrounded by wildlife. We loved being able to walk down to the river and go for a swim. The water was freezing, but worth it! Would love to try the other tiny homes next time.”
No matter the season, a weekend or short retreat at one of our Tiny Homes could be just what you need to recharge, replenish and reconnect. Find out more or book your stay at one of our Tiny Homes Joadja.
